I figured out the issue with the check sun errors. If people are playing on a map that requires css and the server or play switches to this map, it has conflicts with the included css modes.

Example:
Error Vertex File for 'props\cs_office\radio.mdl' checksum 874355069 should be 1646322737

r_flushlod will fix the issue but not sure if there is any direct fix for the map

I will look into it. It refers to an entitiy that I did not add. It should not affect anything, but I will fix this in the near future.

I don't know what kind of entity a nextbot is, but i enabled physic props to open those doors. Maybe that helps.
I also updated the skybox.

This is really great! I've been playing around with the jerma nextbot, and the sliding doors don't open for him. Not sure if it's just him or all NPCs, it would be lovely if they could get through those doors.

@mrclcordier try typing "sv_skyname" into the console and it should show the name in the auto complete

Nav_mesh will be included in the next update. And ai nodes are already in the map. But I will improve them too (will take approx two weeks though, I don't have access to my pc atm)

Performance is real bad. When you look towards the centre of the map from one of the edges it seems like it's rendering the whole map at once because your framerate falls off a cliff. Would be good to get it fixed because the map looks great otherwise.

there's a small opening in the top vent that lets you see through the map, otherwise this is probably the best remake of skyscraper
