i love it, one idea, remove white static and only have the glitching/distortion. This would help with team visibility and hiding cause that outline thick af.

Even if I'm voting no, please let it be known that this is a reallfy fucking cool effect. People get more and more creative with their effects nowadays and on a technical level they're amazing!
Just this one is more of a cool concept and less a good idea to have in-game.

Truth be told though, I wouldn't throw a hissy fit IF it were added.

I would say this effect is relatively tame compared to the ugly ass hyper neon piss vomit we normally get, its not super distracting from your in-game previews, BUT if I were to give a suggestion, reduce the static's scale a little bit or less the transparency a little, other than that, its fine

And then the pyro with hyper realistic blood coming from its eyes stares at me through my now glitching screen, and said at max volume dispite my attempts to turn it down

"HUDDA HUDDA HUH"

Then my PC fried itself, the image of the pyro burned into my monitor forever.

This would be a fun effect tho.
