This is a uniform of the personal guard of the Chief Otaman (something like Supreme Commander of the Army of the Ukrainian People's Republic). The personal guard was established in May 1920, so not really World War I . If going for a Ukrainian soldier during WWI, it could be for example the Legion of Ukrainian Sich Riflemen in the Austro-Hungarian Army. Other than that, it's a great skin!
