I honestly don't know how to make a server .jar, the only thing I know is that the .jar should be in an Steam folder under the Necesse id

I don't know, you can try in a world without any other mod if it still broken, in that case you can use the "verify game files" on Steam

Yes i've tried to start a new world too but the file still won't appear, the range is modified according to your mod but no file. I can manage without it but still weird
