To replace the track that plays, you can replace the HEARTBEAT.ogg file in media/sound with a different audio track of the same name
I could be implementing East Hastings as a track that plays randomly when nothing is happening later though.
This mod utilizes the chasingzombies field, meaning any zombie that sees you counts as a chasing zombie.
So the music will play as long enough zombies see you.
