"Do i become war leader under the same conditions as normal? I.e if i jump into my colonial nation's wars can i then become war leader & enforce peace that way?"

Just a suggestion for those wanting AI to have it, can you add a decision to enable for AI and a strict warning that it may add chaos to the game. Might solve a small request if its not time consuming for you.
