Headcrab detach is something that HL2 already gave you. Its also in GMOD.

Finally, someone made an addon like this. I got sick of headshotting Zombies and having the Headcrab be a clienside ragdoll instead of an actual ragdoll.

Yeah, it works for anything that spawns the clientside headcrab ragdolls.

Is it possible to make it so that when the headcrab falls from the zombie, while it is still alive it is a ragdoll? Like in Half Life Alyx

The headcrab fell like a ragdoll, gets up and starts attacking the player.
