According to Steam's TOS , no. Any user-generated content seems to fall under fair/public use. They are not to be sold either.

Steam does not allow the uploading of copyrighted content, but since uploads on the workshop are technically transformative, I'm guessing that's how game models can be uploaded.

And while credit isn't required, it is appreciated.

Possibly. I've already got some more "exotic" baked goods on standby, potentially for the next pack. There are already some very basic cakes that you can extract from the Los Muertos map.
