migraines are happening every other day, also colonists are tending to them repeatedly, rather than waiting out the period that lets them tend again, its annoying having to deal with that because medicine supplies dwindle much faster now

Uhh, can tthe nuzzling be somehow disabled/adjusted? having a slower colonist run after a faster colonist over half the map can be a brutal productivity loss

Adjusted Migraines / Headaches, should happen much less frequently.

Added a few other things, non noteworthy. Added Colonist Nuzzling, rarely they will nuzzle each other kindly.

Can we get an option to turn some things off? My colonist get multiple headaches/migraines per day and it tends to flood my notifications while not really providing much gameplay wise.

Currently, No. Mechlinks may be an issue if any mod changes them as well, but I do not know any mods that it will conflict with.

Currently, most likely, does not replace anything I know of.

Yes, and No. It adds a bunch of stuff, but it's simple in design. It aims to flesh out random mechanics, and merge mods and core together more cohesively.

Currently, it does a few things but there's plans for much more.
