I tried it out, it is fine. But: some wonders get a real boost in tourism that way (stonehenge), which makes that wonder even stronger. Science and faith based wonders will be "too strong" in some regards, so I would give those only half the toustic output, since ,5 numbers aren't possible, those who give 3 science, should get 2 toursim. While culture stays 1:1.
