Also made some further tweaks over the weekend (copying, tweaking, and renaming a couple of files) but got the 4 aspect working!

Note: Steam only keeps the clip link for two days!
The reference for the lights is using is_following_green but you set the status in isFollowingGreen.
I made an edit locally and got it working by updating the references to isFollowingGreen.

Lastly (and a but future state) I looked at the L-Type signal mod and looked at how they linked signals together - I modified their script into yours so that it could in theory support double yellows.

Nice job on the mod.
That site diagrams are not the same as what we use in the UK, is not very clear and I would not use it. You are best getting the Rule Book from the RSSB site.
Traffic lights are for roads and signal for rail.
At first I thought it was just a traffic light, but to think that it could be made to light up using an invisible traffic light. I never would have thought of that.

Just one problem though, the route 4 and 6 junction indicators are wrong on the diagram [2nd pic]. The position 4 goes to the 6 [in your diagram and the position 6 goes to the 4 [your diagram].
Also the position 1 goes to the 3 and 3 to the 1.
In other words if fans out with the lower numbers nearest the main track straight ahead.
For real life signals that is.
