Report a translation problem
In my opinion pressing three buttons on a keyboard at the same time is easier than pressing down button when there are three monsters in a row, so I would still recommend to look for a keyboard what allows pressing three buttons at the same time if you want to continue to play this game on harder difficulties.

Although I have one single gripe with it: I can't do triple inputs with my keyboard (it just doesn't register), so anytime there was a wyrm and 2 other enemies, it was guaranteed misses...
It'd be nice to have a "Normal" variant with no double taps at the same time as hold notes :/ Whether you update the chart or not, good job!
