Report a translation problem
There is technically two fixes for this but both require the devs of the game to alter or fix them.
Infinite range aircraft need to be a thing (current way requires a really large number for their range and means that eventually the arsenal bird crashes to the ground) or aircraft need to have an option in the code that allows you to turn off the RTB function after launching an attack with the planner.
If the devs add either of these things I'd turn back on the war planner. As I had it on during testing, but it works so awkwardly that I would be worse than it works now.
