I still want to expand this a bit. I want to add the space elevator (increase range for arsenal bird when placed), a UAV airfield (or add them to the temp airfields), and I'll probably add Justice (this is the laser equipped one) at some point. For now Liberty is the only one in game.

and fixed, but I replaced the CIWS with C-RAM since I'm trying to keep lasers off of the arsenal birds.

Fixed that issue. Your Arsenal Bird will not have this weapon if you resume your current save unless you land it back at the massdriver.

I imagine that the Arsenal Birds aren't supposed to lose their SAM capabilities after researching missile defence SAMs right? Because currently they do.

I wanted it to work with the war planner but the Arsenal bird runs away from the targets after its launched it's first wave of attacks.

There is technically two fixes for this but both require the devs of the game to alter or fix them.

Infinite range aircraft need to be a thing (current way requires a really large number for their range and means that eventually the arsenal bird crashes to the ground) or aircraft need to have an option in the code that allows you to turn off the RTB function after launching an attack with the planner.

If the devs add either of these things I'd turn back on the war planner. As I had it on during testing, but it works so awkwardly that I would be worse than it works now.

You need to research it, it requires the research Massdriver under the Space tree, and Airborne Airship under the aircraft design trees. You can then build a Massdriver building and a Airborne Airship separately to launch it.

Why so many drones? Because ace combat. Why separate them? So you can actually attempt to fight the Arsenal bird with regular fighters.

Yeah, I did make a type of flying carrier. But it's not like the one I made for the first game. Next up is a submarine carrier. Then Helldivers, and then regular AAC. But all of this is always subject to change.

I'll have to test how they work at different speeds. I think I may have left them at gen 1 interceptor speeds on accident.
any chance for the uav's speed to be lowered, they are good but the speed is a bit fast.
