About the last part of the track - yes, I felt this problem with off-sync too, tried a bunch of different methods, but I couldn't debug this piece properly, finally gave up and resigned, sorry.
I suspect it's a consequence of meddling with the BPM change, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, i try better for the next time

Fun chart at the beginning but the latter half is off-synced very badly.
