while it's possible to add the laser to the weapon, Valve forces weapons to use the same 3D coordinates for the laser and flashlight. adding the laser will reduce the light projection area of the flashlight.
anyway, here is the version with the laser restored. I've forked this weapon into another workshop file because I'm worried that the change to the flashlight will cause dissatisfaction among some people.

I'll probably look into this later; I don't think there's a solution to this problem.

Thanks for the reply, sorry for the trouble again.
The lazer and flashlight use the same target point, and earlier I didn't think there was a proper place for the flashlight on the weapon. I'll check it out later.
I think someone should port it to the military sniper xd.
我觉得将fov改为高于51默认值的硬核玩家数量应该显著少于使用51默认值的玩家(我自己是51),所以当时选择将整个手臂的骨骼向前偏移一定距离,而非拉伸手臂来让前臂适应武器的距离, 因为我担心拉伸手臂会出现一些比较离谱的问题。
现在来看,将锁骨位置的手臂关节骨骼重置回原版的位置上似乎可行,相关动画并没有使用全长的手臂,只使用了前臂,不过拉伸胳膊以适应fov90的话效果我可不能保证,效果可能看起来会像fov150那样。
