It's neither of those things, it's just a common issue with the animation swap method used to make the animations work online. So basically it's not a conflict and it's not on your end.

not sure if the Zoey anims or the TLS bones are causing the model stretching (morphing into coach) whenever this model picks up an auto/combat shotgun

placed it above and low on my load order, even with the xdr fixes too, still causes the stretching

But everything else is just fine

visual replacers like this have 0 bearing on how bots behave in game.

But I think there is a problem : when I give her pills, she doesn't take it when necessary, contrary to other bots.
And she gets even stuck and doesn't react to zombies.
