Glad to hear you enjoyed the levels. I admit the dialogue is cheesy and maybe abit edgy, but I tried to go for the same tone as Slasher Movies from the 80's, so it is in a way abit intentionally bad. I will try to make it abit better next time!

Amazing levels, some nice sprite working, fun to play but the dialogues are absolute nothingburgers. At some point I just started skipping all of them because I felt like I had absolutely no information out of the cutscenes other than edgelord monologues. Good campaign nonetheless, gave it a like and a fave

I found chapter 2 amd 3 to be good. Sprites are nice and well done and I like the blood mod. 1'st chapter just is too open and unfair.

Thanks for comment! I tried with cutscenes to go for the same vibe as some of the 80's horror movies and The Mask also fits perfectly in there. I have plans for some more Matt levels in the future aswell.

I like to believe the cultists have Skibidi Toilet running on all of those TVs during the levels.
Jokes aside, I really enjoyed this one gameplaywise. The pacing is fair and rewards aggressive behaviour and quick moving techniques well, since you always have the necessary space and cover to do that.
However I did notice the first two levels having a lot of fat enemies throughout the floor. It's fine though, given how the levels are heavily gun orientated and basically remind the player to grab any gun they can.
Dialogues were a fun read too and gave me "The Mask" comic vibes, which is nice.
All in all a very solid campaign. Well done!

for example on the first level starting from the second floor there’s a mess of identical gray tiles without edges
