Updated today to v1.1. See the steam changelog for details

Looks like it might be an issue with my machine connecting to a network game. Moved the save to local and all is fine. More investigation to perform.

@Wolfe is it preventing you from joining the server? Mods with planet changes love to throw fake cloudlayer errors. If you are still able to join, that error can be completely ignored

Getting an error with the mod when trying to connect to a server.

2025-06-10 14:09:27.266 - Thread: 9 -> Error while loading texture: Z:\var\mnt\GamesNVMe\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244850\3427845884\textures\models\environment\sky\landsky_texture_cm.dds, exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

The file in question keeps downloading as a 140 byte file which seems out of proportion with the other 10MiB or larger DDS files in this directory. I've tried un subbing and re-downloading everything again but still keep ending up with the 140 byte file.

I appreciate just being acknowledged. I hope your vacation goes splendidly and thank you for your time!
Space Ace  [author] 26 May @ 10:41am
@Mionikoi I'm not sure but it may be doable. I wasn't even aware that mod existed until you just brought it up. I can look into it once I'm back from vacation, but I cant promise anything on that
Mionikoi 26 May @ 10:32am
Is there a way to make this compatible with 'Better Stones'?
Space Ace  [author] 20 May @ 6:41am
@SilentReaper. You have to reach space and mine it from asteroids for your first bits. It isnt realistic, but it is intentional.
SilentReaper 19 May @ 11:46pm
So what's the deal with Lithium? Can't make decent batteries until you get to Mars? Was that intentional?

@Krampusz123 my original concept had them with a sort of teal color, but I found them to be very similar to the ion flames, whether they were teal or blue. Perhaps I could add a bit more of a blue tinge to the existing color to make them a bit more realistic.

The idea is that the nanobots interact with the combustion, and as a result, bits of them are burned up in the process resulting in the unusual color, and since the nanobots can self-heal it doesn't damage the system at all.

very interesting addition to IO catalogue. Just suggestion for Nano Rockets, making their flame blue would visualize they have hotter flame, therefore more efficient and greater thrust

Oh, I just noticed that! Nice!
Space Ace  [author] 31 Mar @ 4:18pm
@NorthyPark Thanks! Funny enough that's how the modpack originally started out back in the day. I've played a handful of curated modpacks in other games and I was surprised SE doesn't have one of it's own so I just made it myself. Some might say I spend a bit too much time working on it XD, but I do it for the community!

P.S. Your Remington mod is in there too :)

This looks pretty cool!
Finding this mod led me to your Extreme Survival Pack, which looks incredibly interesting! It reminds me a lot of a private pack I used for a long-running save back in 2021, but yours seems much more fleshed out. I’ll definitely be using it for my next big playthrough!
