Чтобы делать аддоны нужно : для простых вроде NPC или Player Model нужно хорошо знать lua,а для моделей нужны проги по моделированию вроде 3DMax,ну а для карт нужно Ultimate SSDK v3!

World анимания есть ? Или как обычно, зае**ли моды в которых world анимаций нету, что у оружия что у ещё каких либо других, смысла от таких модов без анимаций нету.
