Done! It will take a few hours or a day for steam to publish the update for the wallpaper. There's going to be an option in "Effects" called "Water Physics" and that will allow you to toggle it. Thanks for the suggestion!

a toggle for the water physics would be nice, it maxes out my gpu when its on screen, lol
