Thanks for the comment BabyNanachi - I just made a quick mod that disables all enemies (but not allies) from Helljumpers+ and for the base Helljumpers mod, you can find it here .

alright I will throw it unlisted for myself and my friends. however the helljumper mods do still overwrite enemy files and thus heavily conflict with some other mods by making entire main features not work.

Hey BabyNanchi,

It's been a hot second since I modded DK2, but I recall that yes, the game does complain about "conflicts" between the mods even if there aren't any actual conflicts - some of the same files are touched by the different mods yes, but these overrides are required for this patch to actually apply. Additionally, because of the ordering of the "Required Items" per mod, there is no risk of any files being incorrectly overridden due to load orderings.

As there are no gameplay/mechanical bugs from the game's warning about conflicting files (this is intentional behavior), I would kindly request that you do not make - and then publish publicly - a mod that combines all three together. If you still want to do so, please keep it privated/for personal use only.

I shall thank you for this amazing mod. I however have a request which I will follow through with until otherwise denied. I had gotten personally tired of having the game complain conflicted. I thus put all three mods together in the order of Helljumpers, Helljumpers+, ONI Helljumpers+. so each ones changes would overwrite in that order. My only other change being removal of the enemies and music changes for the purposes of compatibility with other mods.
I am looking for permission to upload this combination mod which includes the current version of all three to this messages current date. however as stated I will have it uploaded until told to do otherwise by any included mod developer.
I will be crediting both of you with the creation of the mods in every way possible.

Hey Apache49,

In my opinion, I don't think more units are at all required - the Marines can easily fill out for any missing ODST troopers, and Medics dramatically improve the survivability of the entire squad with doctrines + medkits - so overall, I think that the Helljumpers squad is pretty resilient to fatigue/casualties.

Pretty cool mod! However, there's no need to mod the marine's M45 shotgun to be able to breach doors - it already does so!

Thanks! Just a heads up though, credit for the Spartan and half-cost marines goes to Briz from the original mod - this patch otherwise doesn’t touch Spartans at all, although it does give marines a bit more love.

Closest to a CIA group would be ONI's Section Three who run the black ops with ONI Security and then the Spartans.

Could I be a bother and suggest adding two "covert" operatives. Maybe "Undercover Asset" so we can play all the missions and campaigns with the mod in the way that they were originally intended?

Still only a mod for hardcore halo fans.
I mean, we are talking about the best soldiers earth government can offer (other than Spartans) wearing the most advanced body armors (other than Mjolnir) shooting highly advanced weapons being beat up by 2000s US rangers (Seriously, I ran the same map with these 2 teams and the rangers won).
I simply don't get it.

Hey Jack Smythe, did you make sure to install the mods in the correct order? I've just now experimented with and without running any doctrines (not that any of them should mod attack types), and all the attack types for the marine's shotgun seems to be fully functional. Do you have any other gameplay-altering mods by chance?

Seems to be working just fine with the ODST squad I already had going so you should be good. Loving it so far! There does seem to be a bug with the Shotgun on the marines, keep getting a 'cannot find any attack type for weapons' message when they try to shoot
