So i'm rather confused on how to craft resin. The mod page says you can do something with Pine Cones to extract raw resin, but I can't seem to figure out what I need to do that, nor can I find a recipe for it. Can you clarify the steps you need to take?

@OxTailSafu @ezeepeezee I believe I fixed the issue and pushed an update. Please let me know if when adding the items to a fishing pole as bait everything works as desired. I did not realize that there was a specific file defining the baits and linking them to the fishing poles. A new file will be present adding the 5 new lures. Honeybee, Wasp, Honeybee Larvae, Wasp Larvae, Queenbee.

Just wanted to mention, I cannot use Wasps/Wasp Larvae as bait for my fishing rod. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I suppose I can see it. Here's hoping the item rate can be dropped down some. I did want to also state, is anyone else able to add wasps, honeybees, and larva onto their fishing rod as bait? Despite the tooltip, I don't appear to have an option to use them as bait.

I do like ocasionally finding a wasp nest, though, it makes sense for someone to be keeping one sometimes, when I was a kid I kept a fumigated wasp nest on my shelf

Would it not be possible to limit wasp nests to just foraging? I think it'd be silly for anyone to even have a wasp nest lol.

Definitely would say bookshelves/cabinets as well in a bunch of cars are the most apparent.

I'm still learning how to add items into the loot tables as things work off % and every single container is weighted differently but i'm eager to get the spawns to the right place.

Where would you say you are seeing them the most? Kitchens? Bookshelves?

It's a known issue that i have been working on, i have reduced their spawn % like twice already

Cultivated beehives are ~

NEED TO LEARN = TRUE

FORAGING LVL 3 Required.

CURRENTLY BUGGED OUT AND PROBABLY WILL NOT WORK!
I have tested it and the code says "Bee Caught" but upon returning nothing has updated, the hive will not use the bait or fill with product. Im not entirely sure why, its a bigger task to tackle and fix because it deals with the 2D textures and tiles which i'm not super good at working with.. if anyone has a solution or recommended fix i'm open ears here, I will get to it soon enough when i can get some extended hours to work on it.

I feel as though Wasp Nests are a tad too common. I've been finding in nearly every other house or so which seems silly given how they're just wasps lol

@我是一个小菜坤 Making Cheese is not a crafting recipe as cheese curds are "cooked" and then transformed into cheese. so they don't have a typical "recipe" if I remember correctly.

I hope to alter / enhance the process in the future to be more realistic and may add additional steps and recipes. But for now as I learn, I simply getting the foundations down for a multitude of things i feel fit into this "bee" mod.

Same as your other mod:
Your mod.info file part "info" is not fully lowcase which breaks linux users, it's currently "mod.Info"

My fans told me that these two weren't successfully translated: Recipe_UnwaxCheeseSlice and Recipe_UnwaxCheeseWheel. Also, is Mac and Cheese Curds not in the crafting list? I couldn’t find it in the code. You can work on the tooltips later if you're busy — we can wait for about a month.

Okay, thank you for the update. Because your mod has no other introductions — for example, Thief Expansion, which nobody else has introduced — I made one, and the views were quite good. Your Car Company mod gets a lot of views on Douyin, except on Bilibili, because the audiences on these two platforms are different.:cherrypie:

Apologies! i have been very busy and unable to play PZ.

But I pushed a small update. let me know if it is fixed.

Also, I added Wasp and Bee Larvae which can be extracted from their respective wild hives.

And a Bee Smoker but it is a work in progress as i haven't had time to fully implement it as primarily a blunt weapon. It cannot be found yet, only crafted. The Recipe for it is ready but need adjustments... do not recommend crafting it yet as its basically just a crap flashlight.

@我是一个小菜坤 I apologize, i believe it's because I mistakenly had a capital letter in the prefix "ToolTip_" instead of the correct "Tooltip_" i will update the mod soon! hopefully this fixed your issue with the translation. Thanks for the support!

@HydeTheBooty98 Thank you for handling the language file according to my method. However, only Recipes_EN and ItemName_EN were successfully translated, Tooltip_EN was not. I am not sure if it is a technical issue on my end; I only translated and modified the content within the quotation marks without changing any of the external code, but it still failed. This is my first time encountering this issue... If it works out, I will make a video about your mod and upload it to our country's website to let more people know and love your mod.:steamthumbsup:

Yup, probably reverse engineering is the best way. Currently chicken NPCs will be about, will roost in the hutch randomly inbetween 6 AM and 8 PM (20:00 on the clock), after which they will return to the hutch and roost till next day.

@Almahr I added your idea to my list. currently adding stuff to 42 is challenging as most resources refrence build 41 and there arent too many advanced modding guides foryet the things i want to do so im trying to learn as i go by looking at the code and how it works. I will look at the hutches but right now im clueless as to how to create a bee npc. I was thinking like what if i got like the chicken code and reworked it into a bee.. but im not sure how i would even start just yet. some advanced features may come after build 42 is dropped into stable.

I Just Updated the mod you can now
1. Wax-Coat all Fruits, Vegetables, and Meats!!!
2. Fixed drinking mead, (still need to fix the 3D model, its giving me issues)
3. reduced wasp spawns in trunks.
4. Fixed a few recipes that were not removing the input item properly.

Please let me know if anyone notices any issues..
I'll be updating the description to reflect the changes soon.

@yuuno777 It seems in the items code i had mistakenly set it to "closed" by default. so i changed it to be open, and when i tested it i was able to drink it no problemo. I Just pushed an update to fix it, hopefully it will update any you've already created.

@Almahr, i was about to suggest the same, something like real life, were we can grow our hives and farm honey from our bees, i dont know if is possible, but it would be awesome to have.

Hell, the UI is pretty much already there in B42 -> you have the separate deposit and npc tabs, you have the npc behavior, et cetera.

Think I got a lightbulb moment. What if instead of a trap you made a modified chicken coop / hutch system. A bee (or a swarm of bees) will be their own individual npcs that will fly about during the day and at night / dusk they will return. They (with the Queen) will deposit honey (in the form of honeycomb with which you can extract honey and beeswax) and will require some form of upkeep (protection from wasps, food storage (i.e. honey), affinity for flower-bed tiles).
