the "Sonic the Overhauled Hedgehog (and tails)" update
then
the "super sonic magical girl" update

Sonic fans are the epitome of the "I'll do it myself." mentality. Sega RARELY feeds us, so we have to FEED ourselves. Even Ian Flynn has to add his own oc's to the Sonic IP(really look it up). Anyway, I'll be listening to that Sonic Frontiers soundtrack in preparation for that update.

trust me, yall will know when the update is out. ill say this, theres a chance that the next update will come sooner than i expected, and not contain super sonic just yet. this next update inteads to be a huge overhaul, focusing on balance mostly, so i might try and get that out sooner, and then begin super sonic, but either way, hopefully yall are gonna be eatin good soon :P

OOHHHHH no babes im not deleting the animation, im just removing the spin on the ring. instead of a ~<60f start-up, its now ~20f. itll cost level of course, but super sonic is gonna be quite a treat...

nah, the ring was sprited to gradually slow down, and then pop. erasing any amount of frames < the amount of frames for the full spin just makes it look awkward :P

not bro aging by 3 months LMAO. but you could just make the animation shorter honestly instead of outright deleting it. (use a tactic to cut the frames down and make the ring spin faster)

my literal first change is that ungodly long wait time to get an emerald. worked hard on that anim, but its too long :/

(Fan projects aren't easy, kinda puts into perspective how much effort goes into industry stuff tbh) In the grand scheme of things its just a game, you didn't make any promises and don't owe a bunch of randoms on the internet anything. Don't sweat it. I understand doing that kinda thing. I am actively doing that actually (I would explain further but that feels like shilling to me) so it's fine by me to take a hiatus for a bit and come back with a bunch of new stuff, or even no new stuff but still having a reason that is most likely tied to your personal life
