@marrow, I added the mod mid-save, and I did noticed it did not take effect right away. I did take effect after you research the next step for the tech. So there is a chance that the mod may not work after you have the latest tech for this mod (Late-Game stage)

@harozuken shouldn't be an issue, the modifier will apply itself as soon as you research a new technology

I added this mod mid game, but it seems that even though I have hyperlane research 3 already researched my sectors are not expanding.

Error: "sector_tech_flag.3" is still referenced even though it's been removed.

I like the idea of this mod, but sectors don't really do much as is. They merely save you leader cap and improve QoL.

I really like the idea of this mod and it feels well executed, one I would like to see is one that does something similar with empire size base "limit" as it starts at 100 before any negative affects get applied, something like the colony capital level researches or the "bureaucratic" researches to increase the base limit, Something like 150 or 200 at the first research, 200 or 250 at the next and so on.

hello, thanks for the great mod. i havent played with with yet, but i will say that i dont usually dont expand past my core sector, and when i do, i usually take enough space to create another sector and probably make it a tributary or vassal. so thank you for this mod

@Floor yeah this can absolutely be added mid game. The modifier won't show up for each empire until they research a new technology but that shouldn't massively impact things.

This is amazing!!! I kind of thought of this idea, of better drives reducing the strain on logistics, allowing bigger sectors is cool.
Hyper relays should also do something, as they would, realistically reduce the strain on logistics as well.

Can't wait to see this mod boom in popularity!

If your sector visuals glitch out your sector is looping around itself somewhere. Turn off Auto Expand in sector management and delete the problem branch and it will fix the issue.
