Pretty nice patch, tbh I wouldn't worry too much about Seraph (either version) as she's going to be an outlier for Fire Attack much like Corsair's Oil Urn is. She pairs pretty well with Chaplain so far, did a little video with her rockin' it out with Salamander, Chaplain and Wizard. I'll always spread the propaganda for Fire Patches lol.

The fire abilities also applying Mark might be too high synergy with some heroes like Fire Seraph. Might nerf the -dodge further or the Flare damage.
