It was a good idea tho! With better skill/skin tech I could probably do it lol
I like the neon concept, but I think it doesnt come through very well. What might be better is if you replace the "neon" team logo with one that looks like it was graffiti'd onto the wall. Would make it work super well against the brick texture you have, and would fit the urban aesthetic you're going for.
Maybe you can reflect this idea in the custom wear as well. Paint splotches in lower wears.
Lastly, the preview images on your workshop submission are low res. If you can get high quality screenshots, I think that would help a lot to have people not just dismiss your War Paint without giving it a chance first.
