Report a translation problem
I find it very useful to build the floors (mainly during early game when claiming ruins, build paths around growing zone, or snow removal area on top of paths during winter).
TD Enhancement Pack have an option "Mouseover tile info is on topright" (who is bad position for me, very disturbful), when used, terrain information and architect menu can be seen at same time (so they are 2 entities). Maybe you can learn from it?
If you judge it doesn't worth it I totally understand of course.

I cannot get it work, even on empty modlist with just Harmony.
