As a matter of fact, yes. I do have plans on doing the traffic vehicles from Burnout Paradise.
those were his words when i asked him
(though they are drivable with some mods but you get my point)
Theyy are diffrent from main cars if i remember. not driveable by player
or if its even possible to do it at all.
