The animation is great but it kinda falls apart in any logical sense or usage case?

What kinda prank is putting Pyro's head in his suit? How does he not notice this way earlier? The head is also way too big to just not notice inside your suit, its the size of his torso. That and a decapitated head would bleed causing a pretty noticeable feeling. It's just a bit too random and lacking any real reasoning.

A taunt where Spy breaks his refined character due to something like this is good, but it should be explored differently. Maybe someone could throw the head to him from off screen? Maybe he reaches in his suit and spills his cigarettes all over himself? The decapitated head just isn't doing it nor making sense in any regard to a prank or Spy's suit or a taunt.

In gameplay, Spy has no way of decapitating Pyro nor getting a kill that relates to decapitating Pyro, also randomly finding a pyro head in his suit isn't going to really enrage enemy players on death or intrigue teammates.

It doesn't need to be a "taunt" to be in the game. It's creative, it's funny, and it's well made. Good work.

The animation work is great, but... It's not really a taunt. It isn't even an emote, it's just a... thing that happens. Outside of the short promotional video, there's no real context to Spy having a Pyro head in his suit. I can't see a taunt like this being ever used in-game.

It's funny, but like... What it gives to the game? It's not even so hated Emote, that provide some amusing social interaction, it just... thing. Good in SFM, not good in actual game.

Why not have it be pictures of scouts mom? And then looking around and hiding them.

Just why a severed head in the first place? If you would've made spy pull out a picture of scout's mom then sure, it could work as an emote and even a taunt against scouts but this can't work as a taunt and it just doesn't make sense as an emote neither. A drawing of spy getting hit by a car is what you should've made instead if you wanted a prank from scout. But if you wanted to scare spy with a pyro's face because he hard counters him, why not put something that could actually fit in his pocket? Like why not just pyro's mask? It would make more sense than an entire severed head stuffed in his coat and it not making even a slight hump.
...and how could't he feel that he has a whole head in his pocket you know?

@Myst they disappear automatically once the animation is complete. So it's a matter of whether or not you prefer them sinking in the ground or just disappearing. Either way that's just a nitpick.
