Nice idea, looks good with the reflectivity.
However, I think it looks really rough in any wear other than FN. It might benefit from some custom wear; even using a scuffed pink-ish hue texture for the wear would make it look a lot better.
It's important to remember that only 10% of the skins generated will actually be FN, so having it look good in lower wears does numbers for its longevity and popularity.

Im a sucker for purple/pink warpaints and effects so this is automatically good to me

Violet color is literally a mix of red and blue, which is why Pauling and Administrator are themed after violet. Not a single soul with functioning eyeballs will ever mistake this for either red or blu.
