I'm on the paratranz translation project, ideally when it completes, the official version can have an English as well.

I found it, the scripted effect just gave a Chinese name on the divisions, I'll take care of them.

Dealt with weirdly arranged "enter" newlines and "tab" dis-uniformity
Tried with event SOV_ConstitutionalReform_Event.30, nothing abnormal.
Not sure if the problem is resolved, if not, I'll take a look another day.

The dynamic modifier just keeps ignoring the gfx definition

I discovered that even in the vanilia mod, a bunch of modifiers are also missing localisation(Chinese)

A definite improvement on the GUI aspect, modifiers (such as revolution_fanaticism_factor) and all reform events still remain unlocalised but for such a recent translation it seems to be making great progress

tooltips, smaller numbers (like on the graph GUI for CPSU report), and army reform events are also without translation.

none of the focus effects variables are in english and appear broken.
