Everything is working so far, but what do you think about the collapse of certain countries? Kenya, North Korea and Myanmar always become failed states.

On the pre-fix saves the "financial collapse" keeps for a couple of days and disappears.

On the new saves it does not appear for no reason at the first place.

Will tech icon GFX be touched upon at any point? A good number of nations have tech names that don't match the icon (ex. Georgia's AK-47 tech has an L1A1 SLR as its tech icon). Also the American civil war changes are kino and btfo the original.

The late release of MD's update threw a wrench into my plans. I initially meant to update the mod before I started working in July... but it was delayed by over a month. Once I have free time this will be my priority.

No the problem is that Paradox games have way too many updates and people with a life can't keep up. Paradox workshops are littered with abandoned mods and people begging for updates. It would be great if this company prioritized the consumer over the shareholders, but we all know that when you're racing to the bottom that's not how it works.

For those waiting for an update, going to the mod files and removing the states folder in history fixes it, however if you ever go above 10% interest with debt you will never be able to stop the economic collapse

Russia in the 2000s was very poor due to the whole industry falling apart in 91 because of the illegal dissolution of the ussr and subsequent reactionary antidemocratic coup by yeltsin who used tanks to fire at the duma because communists were almost reelected
