One Issue, the Chevron of the VS RF with the wavy flag was not seen until ~1996. Before that troops were issued with a chevron with a straight flag.

i am not doing political movements outside of Russians and Chechens simply because they fit the Grozny map. like, where will these militiamen fit in this game? there are no maps for them (and wont be in the nearest time)
