the problem i find with games and gmod maps is that, you require an expensive ass computer that will probably die out in 2 months. and you will need a even more expensive computer for gwater and this map.

Map looks so great, but You should do smth with map optimisation cuz there is huge underground comlex behind all this displacements that is rendered FOREVER (func_occluder at least)
