Looks nice. Simple, yet atmospheric. I gotta say though, the font and the color scheme just makes me think of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Probably just me.

On the topic of salt pans, check out the Salar de Uyuni if you get a chance. It's literally a giant mirror when the rainy season comes.
