Thank you. You fixed my game.
Furthermore, what should I type into the console to kill a glitched storm?
I was actually wanting to ask for it. I just never found the time.

What is the exact command you use?
Also, would it be possible to continue this in our discord channel in the modding den discord server?
Does the deposits show other signs of not working, such as missing localisation or having no effects?
I don't understand what this has to do with this mod.
Should be fixed now!
so far, i've had this happen with cryogenic and radioactive storm, the others haven't spawned near me for me to test
Does this happen for all storms, or only a specific storm?
when a storm passes over a colony, it leaves an empty modifier and the toast notification is broken. the modifier still says it will expire in 3 years, but when i use debugtooltip, there is no information except the days left.
Do you want to add eachother on discord? We can talk modding! I'm sure you know a lot about the code and that would be very helpful if I get into it. Plus we could build compatibility
Unfortunately I have no experience with any map overlays and such.
@Coggernaut
Sure thing!
And nice to hear about you wanting to make new storms. If you need any help, please tell me.
Mod looks cool! I was wanting to look into making Ethics & Civics Classic include or rework storms, but for now E&C has only adjusted Storm DLC Civics
I plan to add that to this mod, but I grew really tired of making stellaris mods while making this so I just postponed it, so no need to also include the storms from this mod. Though, depending on what event you modify/overwrite or other way you enable the missing storms to be created, it would probably be best to make the mods compatible.
Should be easy, though probably best discussed in discord instead of steam comments.
I think you can click on the "Member of The Stellaris Modding Den" text at the bottom of the workshop description to get to the channel I have in the modding den discord server. It's #metals-more-mods.
Hope to see you there! And good luck with the other storms!
yes, that fixed it for me. thanks for the quick response! already loving the one storm i've found XD
I had forgotten to include the particles for the storms. I just updated the mod. Please tell me if this fixes it.
By pan via notification, do you mean clicking on the notification and then clicking q to go to the storm?
Astral storms improves and hardens shields of ships inside of it, and grants physics research when it leaves. They won't spawn until a few astral rifts have been explored, so don't expect them to show up much before the mid-game.
Cryogenic storms decreases habitability of non-cold worlds and reduces robot upkeep and makes terraforming faster and more costly when it leaves.
Radiation storms mostly just makes your pops grow slower and makes technicians and robots produce less energy.
Temporal storms makes your pops grow and assemble faster and produce more resources. When it leaves it either grants the same bonuses, or invert said bonuses.
Rock storms makes miners produce more minerals.
It should be noted that Rock and Radiation storms cause more devastation than the average storm, and Temporal storms devastate less. Temporal storms also don't spawn that often early on.
They also all can leave behind deposits, and there's also some events that can happen.
