I mentioned their meaning some videos ago.
"C-Wise" stands for "Clockwise".
"CC-Wise" stands for "Counterclockwise" .
Also, you can have such blur using the "3x" sequence about the C-Wise (2x for the CC-Wise).

I am confused by the C-Wise and CC-Wise stuff as I try to make the wheels have that kind of blur effect, but can not do so, if anyone can help out, it'd be much appreciated.
