You need to spawn an RT Camera then change the skin fo the model so it displays the RT Camera screen

Depends, if it's after changin the skingoups, then the map you loaded has no envmap/cubemap.
Solution could be, to open the console and enter "buildcubemaps" and after it's done, restart gmod

I would actually apreciate someone making these into player models. And with that, replacing the heads with all the citizen heads from HL2... I guess it'll work, right? The last thing you would need to do is map the bones for the playermodel and then it's set.
