have you considered adding a similar mechanic for unlanded artifacts? ie it would be cool to see the sword i gave to my knight passed down to his son

Love this. I've always hated that they don't pass down the gold, as it is sometimes needed so that my courtiers can pay their own ransoms.

I think that's something I can fix by adding a line to empty the gold, if my script runs first. I'll DM you. I don't have those DLCs so I'll need you to test it.

speaking of compatibility, I think the only incompatible mod on the entire workshop would be my mod

@percebuster: Your last message is a major detail you need to make it evident into your main description.

The players, like me, who are loving this kind of new/expanded mechanics are wondering the compatibility right after they have been seduced by your idea and work, so two things:
- Thank you very much for that idea and your mod.

Compatible with everything; it overwrites nothing. It will also confidently work with every future game version - though I'll push dummy updates to make it look current.
