Really cool mod! I see on the OG mod it was only supposed to be one ring per grid. Does this mean it cannot be used to teleport from a lower part of your base to a higher part of your base? We have storage in tunnels under the base. It would be great to ring transport in and out.

@Vaygrim - the original mod (linked in description) says "only 1 per grid". So there might be some issue there, even though it works in one direction...

Right now the single biggest issue I'm having is repeated functional trips. I've got a vertical ship, with Transport Rings at the bottom, and a second set at the top. Direct vertical line, no deviation, and they are less than 14 Large Grid Blocks away from each other.

The bottom rings take me UP to the top set, but the top set REFUSE to connect to the bottom set. It is maddening.

i dont exactly get how the eye of ra works... i konw that i seems to have a shorter range then the rings and it should teleport me to the spot where it is pointed at and also be able to get me back. but how short of a range has this thing? i have a ship whit a ring system and a ground station whit an eye of ra and even at 50m it cant teleport me to the eye of ra... am i doing anything wrong?

@vaygrim yeah if you have a sensor trigger the rings when you pass under the eye it will attempt to put you back into the ring system. It does a quick raycast so it will work on landmasses

You should ask the original mod owner about this.
Sherbert wrote the script, but I don't think the script was designed that way.

So... I've got some Rings setup in my big ship, with an "Eye of Ra" on the underside of the ship (pointed straight down). This lets me exit my ship out to ground level just fine, nice and fast!

But is there a way for me to trigger the rings to 'grab me' without having to build a whole powered platform and set of rings just to get back into my ship?

You can find a few Bsg mods on my workshop page, and there are a few more in the works. I'm working on a complete Bsg rewrite, but many mods aren't ready to be uploaded yet.
