It was originally processed by an audio engineer if I had to take a guess. This is likely just what it sounded like before it was mixed.

Compared to the previous sound I found, this is the one that most closely resembles the sound used in 2007 (https://soundideas.sourceaudio.com/track/7565864 previous one i found)
