make it so if you put someones name in quotation marks you can use them in commands if their name's got a space in it. currently doesnt work

What I mean is, in addition to the Local and World options, add a "Same Language" matching option, making it three choices: Local, Same Language, and World. This would detect the in-game language, such as Chinese, English, or Russian, since not everyone is fluent in multiple languages.
