The skins influence the eyes, not the outfit (skins can only change materials, not entire models). The outfit is changed via bodygroups (which change models).
I don't play LFD2, nor do I know how to do that, so no, sorry.

This isn't a GMOD or TF2 port so, in short, you can't. You can, by all means, try to convert it into a playermodel yourself if you're savvy about porting to GMOD.
