So all the other skins look HD, but the game lowers the graphics only for your skin?

Try changing the graphics settings in the game. Try turning dlss off and on. The game may lower the quality a bit for optimization, remember that.

Why is the texture quality in the game like in the 2000s, but in the workshop it's HD?
