making them explosive could be a nice addition tho.
but about other 2 issue, they will be fixed of course and about passive income, i wont limit them but make it explosive like vanilla fabricator, im sorry but limiting passive income structures can cause a rebalance from zero i hope you understand me, and please consider my offer about play together!

it would push players to fight for ressources on the map instead of sitting in their base.
the tiberium regenerate anyway. so it's not like you will run out of it.
about limiting things at passive income would be not good idea but i can make them explosive
submarine issue is acceptable, we will try to fix this
i guess you meant superweapon, Lightning Storm and Nuclear Missile are not instant, but Psychic Dominator is yeah, so i will give delay to it while being activated, and it will be solved for sure
but a few major issues:
■ you should limit the allowed number of credit generation building to avoid spamming that all game. (or make it more and more expensive to build everytime.)
perhaps it should also generate less credit per tick?
■ submarines should need to surface before shooting at ground. else it is impossible to kill.
■ ultimate weapons should not be instant. instant army delete is rage inducing. player needs to know something is coming before it comes.
perhaps it should cost more too.
