Changed the XML file and still unable to access the other teams. Can someone help me out? Also not getting access to the doctrine tree either.

I find it strange that the Breacher can only kick and not take a crowbar. Ofcourse the holitool is still an option but its extra weight and a slot wasted. I would love this mod even more if I could select the crowbar instead of kicking

This is a really awesome mod, except for the new suppressed 416 sound, can we return this to the original Ares suppressed 416 sound?

@donrosal7 Won't be around a PC for a bit but Ares: Additional Units changed the textures/naming of the CTAC helmet, that's why its not there anymore. Need to update the name/texture path

@Iceman If you continued reading like the next comment or two, we figured out it's because his JTAC had the same name as another squad member. Nothing to do with the mod.

@Narcotics Well that guy said he was having trouble with his JTAC and has Trooper Toolbox so I just said mine is fine without it so that he knows it's probably that.

Dude, just wanted you to thank you for an amazing mod and the fact that you make such effort in updating it almost on a daily basis. I'm enjoying P ARES loads more since I've implemented your mod. Highly recommended to anyone who already has ARES (with Camo Selector and ARES Extra Units).

Awesome mod!

Any chance you could add some more armour options? Stuff like ballistic masks, altyn helmets, advanced helmets with mandibles, extended torso protection (groin / shoulders / neck) etc.
I know the IOV mod already has the graphics for most of these, you could kindly ask them for the assets.

These guys are Tier 1, they should realistically be able to source whatever the hell they want. Make it a separate mod if it's too "exotic".

@RSF_Willow These are strike teams, not troops. The numbers are reminiscent of an almost full troop, not a squadron - and the intention was not realism as far as numbers go. If it was, I'd give it another strike team. 3 is already overkill enough, though.

So you just bumped the numbers to reflect a squadron If you going for realisim A and B " strick teams is you 1 and 2 troop being your assulters 3 troop is your recce

@Gman Does your JTAC happen to have the same name as that breacher from Charlie team? That's the only thing I can think is happening. I just tested it myself on XP farm as well, and everything worked as intended.

Can also confirm that at least the JTAC has something going on with XP. Only have Ares, Trooper Toolbox, this and the Trooper Toolbox mod from the author loaded. All XP is given to the first row breacher on Charlie team. Haven't seen it on any other units. Tested by running XP farm missions with only the JTAC playable.

Ive encountered the bug that JTAC and Intel Spec do not gain any XP. Maybe you know how to fix it?

@Iceman Some people do not like playing multiple squads/units - being forced to use another unit because an operation has an abundance of 8-12 man missions can be an annoyance. Try to do the Krak with Delta in its entirety - it's not a good time (subjectively of course, but I've done it).

@Narcotics That would be awesome! I can see why you did it this way tbh, certainly a lot of people seem to want a lot of operators but honestly I don't get why they don't just play rangers or something else. What appealed to me the most with Delta is that you have to play very differently to the other units - including fatigue management. You can't just fill up your deployment slots every time, you can't always clear every room, preferably you recon with the sneaky bois and then go precisely for your objectives. On the flipside you get absolute best of the best ninjas.

@Iceman I can get down with that - I thought the amount of operators was somewhat overkill myself, but I wanted to bring it in line with Rangers numbers for Operations where fatigue absolutely cripples you. May look into creating a small addon mod that alters the numbers to what you suggested, I like that idea.

@Mccall I agree. I don't like the amount of operators in this tbh, I would prefer if there was a version of this mod where you would have maybe +2 operators (2x 4 man squad + enablers) to make it more in line with the original intent of ARES (small elite delta squad), but with all the other great changes that are in this mod. The truth is the way they nerfed Delta in ARES it's basically unusable in campaign mode, especially on iron man, you frequently lose firefights against untrained insurgents, it's so dumb. I would love a small super ninja squad, where you're forced to be very careful since you're very limited with numbers but at the same time unless you make a big mistake you should easily win firefights (similar to MARSOC mod). I love ARES for LARPing purposes but honestly I think MARSOC did it better, let's see how they change it with the next update.

if you are using project ares then this mod is literally a must have. it adds cool stuff but MOST importantly it balences the unit since rangers and sof have an UNHOLY reaction time (aim time)

Love this mod thank you! , can you add regular flash bangs? The 9 bangs are very annoying so loud in comparison to everything else. Just my opinion.
