There is a mod made by user named "key" which brings back a JA2 official inexpensive medic character Dr. Donna "Spider" Houston. It was a well written and nice character back then, and the mod brings her back with respect.

Definitely should have given her Infected perk. Just to make her 'pop' a bit more and make her more unique.
