And no, it's not for possession play :D I hate possession football and always focus on a highly physical team, with only a DLP who has needs to excell in technique, dribling and first touch.
But;

Link has been updated to the fmf file.
I'll look into this.
Or, download from the dropbox link, go into FM, to your tactical screen and choose to load a tactic and then navigate to said file.
The reason I use "Work ball into box" is because I often find my wingers crossing too early and poorly, which leads to shots off target from the strikers. But if you have quick strikers and/or poachers who just linger around in the box, there's no reason you can't play without it.
I use "Drop deeper" because the team mentality is set to Attacking.
Without using Drop deeper, i find that an Attacking team mentality often leaves my team a little too exposed, but this might not be an issue for you. It all depends on the quality of your defensive players.
If you're playing away against a quality team such as Man City or Real Madrid, it works very well if you set team mentality to Counter and remove "work ball into box".
All in all, finding that one tactic that fits your team perfectly is very unlikely to happen. Due to individual differences in players, there's bound to be some tweaking to get it just right.
