I just finished a Spirit Classic playthrough (Like, literally half an hour ago) and I have to say, I'm really excited to do a playthrough of this. It's amazing what this team can accomplish

Hellfire Shotgun was removed in Classic a long time ago, so if it wasn't good enough to stay there it certainly isn't coming back in Reforged. We'll add substantially more interesting and fun items instead.

@thewackster No, we made a new mod to avoid having the bulk of Classic's content, which is bad, outdated, or otherwise below our quality standard.

@TheBronzeWarrior With base Calamity, no. We do have compatibility with Fables though.

@beau099 Check the changelogs! We always have changelogs for our updates, especially bigger ones.

Oh, wait, I think we have a fix for this already. On the Discord there's a fixed mod that seems to have worked for others, we'll release an update later today.

I pre-selected my mini assembly, and I found a mod, personally for me it was "High FPS Support", with it in the savannah all things were invisible.

when I played on a small build with a friend (multiplayer) without visual mods, then in spirit reforged happens every time the case when someone goes to the savannah then the entities were overloaded (which was seen by two teams in canaoli) and objects, entities either froze in the air or in place, spanish and otokali invisible, and we ran at the speed of light through the walls but they were teleported to their rooms and so on indefinitely. Strange situation.

this mod is fantastic, but i noticed that you cant use autobuild with the cloudstalk planer pots, even to other preexisting blocks. im assuming this is a bug?

If it's possible, could you make it so the Helpful Frog destroys any old removed blocks? Since I was mining in the Ice Biome and found a pink block called SpiritReforged.FrostbiteTile.

Returning to this game after a couple of years and I gotta say the clubs are the most fun I have ever had in melee. Unless I am mistaken, there are currently no hardmode clubs included, correct? Don't want to rush, but I am curious on if we can expect them sometime soon. Thanks!

I suppose a clentaminator solution for the savanna and other ecotones might be something to consider (you could add the biomes to your world manually)

While we do try to add in new content into old worlds - the Helpful Frog is there to help you keep up - large additions like a biome or ecotone won't be able to come in without potentially replacing or destroying player-built content, which defeats the point.
As such, we can only bring in small and/or unharmful content. So yes, but not everything can be added.

Is Spirit Reforged updated dynamically by any chance - will new biomes get added to worlds automatically, for example? I'd like to play this but I'm reluctant since it's still in its early stages and I don't really see the point if the worlds I make now won't contain major features added in the future.

This is not meant to be a smaller mod, yeah. We just haven't made most of the mod yet.
That being said, you can also expect it to have a ton of compatibility built in with other mods, so it's not like big modlists will be out of the question either.

Yeah but the point of the mod isn't to be played in big modlists, it's to be played by itself. This mod has way too much potential to just stay small forever.

i like this mod. please don't overcomplicate it by adding too much stuff. i like that it's a smaller thing than the original spirit mod, works better in big modlists

Will this version of Spirit ever carry on the Ambient events like Calm Night, Aurora I kinda feel like those could be a small separate individual mod like how the music mod now is. "Spirit Ambients" or something along the lines.

could you add a swamp biome to the jungle kinda like the savana there would be crocadiles there and frogs and in hardmode there would be big fish enemy things i could not think of a name

Could you add the old classic "Cascade armor" into a shimmered version of the Reef Hunter set, with the same stats? (kinda like Thorium does it with their old sprites)
Or make something similar to it as a hardmode upgrade?

There's way too few armor sets with giant pauldrons in modded terraria, so that set was very good for roleplay purposes, muted colours aside. Made you feel like a TANK

We don't tend to take biome suggestions, especially if it's something like in another existing mod. That being said, Graydee, owner of Everjade, just said that the mod's updated. So you should be good either way.

could you add a biome in the underground desert at the very bottom like right where you can't see sand and only stone could you add a hotspring biome like the one from everjade mod with a cute peaceful mob there called a giant snail make sure they are cute like everjade's snails and some other creatures there giant snails would drop there shell on death with 50 giant snail shells you can make a shell armor set you would also need a full set of adamantite or titanium armor these would be the craft for all pecies of the armor for the helmet you would need a adamantite or titanium helmet and 15 giant snail shells same for the boots but instead you need adamantite or titanium boots same for the chestplate but you need adam or titanium chestplate and 20 giant snail shell and some weapons to go with but pls add a hotspring biome cause everjade does not work anymore and it used to be one of my faviot mods

---Skeletron Prime theme is pretty quiet compared to the rest of the themes
---Victory Day music box plays nothing (someone else said that they can't get the music box)

The mod works fine on current version - if you have a version mismatch, you should specify the tModLoader version, not the vanilla version. The vanilla version has been 1.4.4.9 for a couple years now lol
