@Autumnchain AI factions will no longer recruit the Tech Lord when it's the same race as the player

@cybvep Yeah, the AI can, but sometimes it takes a few turns. I found the AI tends to recruit the tech lords before recruiting a regular one, but you never know

I'm hoping that a future version of this mod will shut off AI tech lord recruitment when factions are of the same race as a playable character. Hoping you do the Vampire Coast as well at some point.
